lemon chicken pasta toss, bread & butter, roll & butter

spring roll (veggies), lemon chicken and broccoli, fried rice x 2

popcorn, 1/2 piece of cake, 1/2 piece of a chocolate cup

Water

32 oz, 18 oz, 32 oz, 16 oz

Exercise

30 minutes on the bike, strength training, walking around town and the mall for about 30 minutes total
